What you need

tbsp bread crumbs

tbsp ginger

corn oil

tsp salt

cup snow peas

serrano pepper

gold potatoes
Instructions
👉Heat a kadai add 1tsp oil and add the chopped ginger. 👉Saute them on low heat for 2 minutes till the raw smell of ginger goes now add the green chilies and saute for a minute. 👉Add salt. 👉Now add the grated carrots and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. 👉Add the green peas and mix well. 👉Cover and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. 👉Once the peas are cooked transfer them to a bowl and let it cool. 👉In another bowl take the boiled grated potatoes add bread crumbs, amchur powder and pepper powder. 👉Also add the carrot-peas mixture and mix well with your hands. 👉Shape them to your desired shape, I have shaped them like little heats as Valentine’s day is just round the corner. 👉Keep them in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can deep fry the cutlets or even shallow fry them as you desire. Serve them hot with ketchup and green chutney and enjoy with your loved ones.View original recipe
