What you need

⅛ ground clove

⅛ ground cardamom

1 tsp iodized salt
2 tsp vegetable oil

⅛ cumin seed

⅛ mustard seed

⅛ fennel seed

1 tsp chili powder

½ cup peanut

½ cup bread crumbs

⅛ carrot

⅛ beet
Instructions
1️⃣Heat oil. 2️⃣Now add the beetroot, carrot and salt. 3️⃣Sauté on low heat. Cover and cook so that it gets cooked faster (7-8minutes) 4️⃣If the vegetables become too dry add ¼ cup water. 5️⃣Once cooked mash them slightly 6️⃣Cool down completely. 7️⃣Transfer it to a bowl and mash it with your hands. 8️⃣Now add peanuts, coconut, panch phoron, pepper powder, Bengali garam masala, amchur powder, ghee, potato and finally bread crumbs. 9️⃣Mix them all together and form small cutlets. You can give any shape of your choice. I have given an oblong shape. 🔟Keep the cutlets in the fridge so that they become firm. 1️⃣1️⃣Shallow fry.
