Hara Bhara Kebabs ( green vegetable kebabs)
Serves 2
Eating greens doesn’t mean it always has to be raw, boiled or steamed right? This dish is shallow fried. It’s tasty, it’s fun and I can assure you the kids will love it!

What you need

tbsp corn flour

tbsp ginger

pinch salt

yogurt
diced tomatoes with green chiles

tbsp cilantro

cup green peas

cup spinach

russet potato
Instructions
Method 🔸Boil and mash the potatoes. Mash the green peas. Squeeze out water from the spinach and chop it finely. Mix all of these together. Add the green chilies if using, ginger, coriander leaves, chaat masala and salt. Add corn flour and mix them all together to form a dough. 🔸Note: Chaat masala has salt in it already so add salt sparingly. After you make the dough, check if it needs any more salt and if it does add here. 🔸Divide the dough into 25 equal portions. Shape them into a ball and then press between your palms to flatten. Shallow fry on both sides. 🔸Serve with green and/or tamarind chutney or ketchup or chili garlic sauce or condiment of choice. Enjoy! Tag a friend who might like this recipe or save it for later.
