Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding

If you don’t have raspberries you can use other fruits like mango or papaya or banana or omit fruit altogether.

What you need

natural yogurt

tbsp chia seed

unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
✔️Take 8-9 raspberries and blend with milk- I used almond ✔️Add to a container. ✔️Add 4 tablespoons chia seeds and stir well. ✔️note that you will have to adjust chia seeds based on the brand you pick because some have seeds that swell up more so monitor - you may need a little less or you may need more. ✔️Keep a couple hours let it become jelly like. ✔️ in a glass container place some yogurt of any kind, I used plain you can use vanilla or lemon, then add the raspberry chia seed mixture and then top it with granola. ✔️ I did an additional thing.-I had some soft dates and I put some peanut butter in it, and I added a couple of them on the topping Enjoy ❤️View original recipe
