What you need

blueberry jam

tsp vanilla extract

cup sugar

brown egg

cup unsalted butter

tsp iodized salt

tsp baking powder

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
๐Preheat oven to 350F or 180C ๐Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper ๐Mix dry ingredients - flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl with a whisk ๐Beat butter and sugar for a few minutes 2-3) ๐Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat 1 more minute ๐Fold in dry ingredients slowly. Work with your hands to make a soft dough that is not sticky ๐Form small ball, flatten slightly, then with your thumb, press in to make a thumbprint. Donโt go too deep or else jam will leak out from the bottom when you bake. Go about half inch deep. ๐Fill with different kinds of jam or even one kind. Any type will do. ๐ Note: I used 3 kinds of jam and took some out in 3 different bowls. Taking 3 small spoons I stirred the jam for a minute or so to warm and loosen so they fall easily into the cookies. Or they will be slightly coagulated. ๐Depending on your oven, bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are slightly golden. ๐Cool in baking sheet fully. Enjoy๐๐View original recipe
