What you need
dried chili

tbsp canola oil

tomato

tsp ginger paste
tsp garlic paste

tsp coriander powder
tsp ground turmeric

tsp garam masala

tsp iodized salt
Instructions
👉Beat the eggs along with chopped onions, tomato and green chilli. 👉Heat a pan, add oil and make an omelette. Keep it aside. 👉Now let’s make the sauce for the omelette curry. In a blender or food processor add onion, tomatoes and ginger-garlic paste. Make a smooth paste. 👉Heat oil in a pan and add the ground masala. 👉Fry the masala for 2 minutes and add all the dry masalas like salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder and fry this mixture till the masala starts leaving the sides of the pan and oil separates. 👉Now add water and give it a nice boil. 👉Cut the omelette into pieces and add to the gravy. 👉Cover the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. 👉Add the garam masala at this stage. Switch off the heat garnish with green coriander leaves before serving. Serve with rice.View original recipe
