What you need

cup yellow bell pepper

tsp cumin powder

tsp cumin seed
vegetable oil
tsp ground turmeric

tsp iodized salt

tsp cayenne

cup corn flour

cup tomato sauce

yellow onion

cauliflower

ginger

garlic

tsp fennel seed

tsp coriander powder
Instructions
✅Method 1️⃣In a mixing bowl, add flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, pepper powder, 2 tsp salt and 1 cup water. Make a smooth batter. 2️⃣In a pan boil the water and turn off the heat Put the cauliflower florets in it for 5-6 minutes and strain. 3️⃣Now add the cauliflower florets in the batter and coat them evenly. 4️⃣In a wok shallow fry the coated cauliflower for 5-6 mins till they are golden in color. 5️⃣Keep them aside once done. Now in another wok or deep pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat. 6️⃣Turn the hear to low and add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, garlic, ginger, curry leaves and fry for 30s. 7️⃣Add onions, bell peppers, cumin powder, 1 tsp salt and coriander powder and fry for 2 mins. Keep stirring continuously. 8️⃣Now add the tomato sauce and cook for 1 min. Now add the fried cauliflower and keep stirring till evenly coated. Add chopped coriander and mix.
