What you need

in ginger root

tbsp honey

tbsp milk
tbsp lemon

banana

cup mango

Instructions
Cut the carrots and blend them with ½ cup water in a blender. Extract the carrot juice into a bowl using strainer and working the pulp with your hands or a spatula to extract the carrot juice. Add the carrot juice, mango, banana, lemon juice, milk, honey & ginger back to the blender and blend till smooth and creamy. Pour in a glass and garnish with chopped pistachios.
