Serves 235 mins prep45 mins cook
We all know having heart healthy salmon is so important but sometimes just grilling it gets a bit same ol’ same ol’. So I made this easy and quick salmon cake (patties to some) and it was truly delicious. Plan on at least 3-4 patties each for yoursel

What you need

yellow onion

tsp ginger

tsp garlic

tsp salt

tbsp chili sauce

bunch cilantro

brown egg
cup oat flour

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
3/4 cup oat flour (grind rolled oats in the coffee grinder. I actually ground Muesli and it worked out really well. The raisins and almonds in it enhanced the taste but usually I use oat flour). 4 green chillies finely diced (optional)(not included in shopping list) 2-3 tbsp Olive oil to shallow fry . ✔️Boil the salmon and cook completely. Then cool Take a mixing bowl and add onion, garlic, ginger, Sriracha sauce, salt, cilantro and chilies. DOn’t add the oat flour yet. Add the cooled salmon and mash everything together. It will be a bit soggy. . ✔️ Now add the oat flour a little by little so it absorbs the liquid and forms a “dough”. Test to see if you can form patties. If so, don’t add any more oat flour. If not add and keep adding till you can form patties. . ✔️Shallow fry the patties and enjoy! I hope you like this recipe.
