Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. Keep stirring. Add food color and mix. Now dip the cones in the chocolate and cover all the sides. If some spot remain uncovered apply the chocolate with a pastry brush. Now add the small sprinkles (1 tbsp) to a cone, and add the medium sprinkles to another to decorate. Refrigerate for 10-15 mins. Enjoy.
