-Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease with olive oil an 8x8 baking dish and line with parchment paper. -In a big enough bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, confection sugar, chocolate chips or chunks and salt. -Whisk together the eggs, olive oil, water, and vanilla. - Combine wet and dry ingredients -Pour the batter into the prepared pan -Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. It can be a little sticky. -Cool completely before slicing.
